新形势下基层危险废物管理面临的问题难点及对策探讨

摘要
危险废物管理不当会严重威胁人类赖以生存的环境资源.《中华人民共和国固体废物污染环境防治法》实施以来,基层危险废物管理工作出现一些亟须解决的问题难点,一定程度上困扰了基层一线危险废物管理人员和企事业产废单位.通过深入剖析当前危险废物管理中存在的体制机制问题,针对性提出工作改进的对策建议.
Abstract
Improper management of hazardous waste can seriously threaten the environmental resources which humans depend on for survival.Since the implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Solid Waste Pollution,there are some difficulties and problems in grassroots hazardous waste management that need to be solved,which have troubled grassroots hazardous waste management personnel and enterprises and institutions to a certain extent.Through in-depth analysis of the mechanism problems existed in current hazardous waste management system,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for work improvement.
