Traditional dry flue gas purification processes in municipal solid waste incineration have been hampered by low deacidification efficiency and equipment clogging issues.Addressing the limitations of conventional dry and semi-dry processes using calcium hydroxide, this study introduces a novel grinding and feeding system for calcium hydroxide.By refining the particle size of calcium hydroxide, the system significantly improves its contact efficiency with acidic gases in the flue gas, thereby enhancing the deacidification effect.Operational results indicate that while maintaining the original deacidification efficiency of flue gas,the reaction rate of calcium hydroxide in the flue gas significantly increased from no more than 60%to over 85%after improving its fineness. This enhancement effectively reduces the usage of calcium hydroxide, with an estimated annual cost savings of RMB 200 000 to 500 000 Yuan.Furthermore, the technology also lowers maintenance costs and operational complexity. It is anticipated that the annual cost for fly ash treatment could be reduced by 500 000 to 1 000 000 Yuan while maintaining the original deacidification efficiency. This process system has low environmental impact and mature technology, offering an effective new method for enhancing the efficiency of dry flue gas deacidification in municipal solid waste incineration.
