摘要
以水源涵养区水体中细菌学检测为切入点,全面梳理了水中细菌学检测的质量控制.从人员培训、设备设施、试剂耗材、实验场所到实验过程、数据分析,对各关键步骤的质控手段和方法做了详尽分析,为水中细菌学检测过程的质量保证提供了具体的思路、方法和依据,以期对检测机构在开展水中细菌学日常检测时起到参考作用,同时对加强水体中细菌学监测的质量控制提出了建议.
Abstract
Taking bacteriological test in water of source conservation areas as the starting point,the study got a comprehensive review on the quality control of microbiological test in water.A detailed analysis was conducted on the quality control measures at each key step,including personnel training,facilities,consumables,experimental sites,experimental processes and data analysis.The study provides a few specific ideas,methods and basis for quality assurance in water bacteriological test,which can refer to test institutions in daily bacteriological test hopefully.At last,some suggestions have been made for improving the quality control of bacteriological test in water.
