This study explores the near zero discharge technology for high-salinity wastewater produced during the regeneration process of softening water treatment plants at heating stations.Through source control and process modification, effective management and resource utilization of the salty wastewater were achieved. The research optimizes the regeneration process of the softener, effectively separating and recycling high-salinity and low-salinity water.By employing an improved soda ash softening method to remove calcium and magnesium ions, the high-salinity water is recycled, achieving near zero discharge.Experimental results indicate that the treated water quality meets boiler operation standards, and the generated solid precipitate can be further utilized as a resource. This technology not only reduces environmental pollution but also enhances the recycling rate of water resources, playing a significant role in the sustainable management of industrial wastewater.
