臭氧联合两级接触氧化法在PCB产业园区废水中的应用

分析了某PCB产业园区废水处理工艺设计的重难点并整理了工艺设计思路,设计废水处理工艺流程为:分类预处理+一级生物接触氧化+臭氧氧化+二级生物接触氧化+深度处理工艺,得到了良好的处理效果;对比分析发现,臭氧氧化工艺可有效提高废水的可生化性,结合二级生物接触氧化系统进一步净化处理,在确保污水中污染物净化效率的同时,也能有效减少药剂的使用量,对于与之相类似的废水处理工艺方案设计,具有较高的参考价值.
The key and difficult points in the process design of wastewater in a PCB industrial park were analyzed and the process design ideas were sorted out,the sewage treatment process was designed as follows:classified pretreatment+primary biological contact oxidation+ozone oxidation+secondary biological contact oxidation+advanced treatment process,and a good treatment effect has been obtained.Comparative analysis found that ozone oxidation process effectively improved the biodegradability of wastewater,combined with secondary biological contact oxidation system to further purify treatment,ensured the purification efficiency of pollutants in sewage,also effectively reduce the use of chemicals,for similar wastewater process design,has a high reference value.
