摘要
以重庆市渝西水务有限公司永川分公司再生水为供试材料,研究了再生水初始余氯含量、pH、TOC、NH4+-N以及水温等对再生水中余氯衰减的影响.在单因素实验的基础之上,通过二次正交旋转组合设计,获得了 PE管材中再生水余氯衰减率方程和再生水中余氯含量预测模型.经实地采样、检测、验证,该模型可用于PE管材中再生水中余氯含量预测.
Abstract
The recycled water of Yongchuan Branch of Chongqing Yuxi Water Affairs Co.,Ltd was set as experimental material to research the effect of initial content of residual chlorine,pH,TOC、NH4+-N and temperature of recycled water on the attenuation of residual chlorine in recycled water.Based on the single factor experiment,the attenuation equation of residual chlorine in recycled water and prediction model of residual chlorine in recycled water were obtained through quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design.Through field sampling,monitoring and verifying,this model can be used to predicate the content of residual chlorine in recycled water in PE pipes.
