汾河流域水资源与水污染耦合协调研究

摘要

汾河流域作为山西省工业发展密集地带,在为区域发展提供水资源的同时,也是废水污染的重要承载体.研究汾河流域水资源与水污染的耦合协调水平,对加强汾河流域水资源利用与水污染治理、促进流域生态保护和经济发展协调具有重要意义.立足汾河流域,构建汾河流域水资源、水污染评价指标体系,运用耦合协调模型分析2011-2021年汾河流域水资源与水污染的耦合协调水平,并采用GM(1,1)灰色预测模型探究其耦合协调未来发展趋势.结果表明:2011-2021年汾河流域水资源与水污染系统耦合度和协调度总体均呈现先下降后上升趋势,其中,运城市水环境耦合度和协调度均位于汾河流域首位,而忻州市耦合协调水平增幅最高.到2025年,汾河流域耦合协调水平呈增长趋势,朝向中级协调方向发展.

Abstract

As a dense area of industrial development in Shanxi Province,Fenhe River basin is an important carrier of wastewater pollution while providing water resources for regional development.Studying the coupling coordination level of water resources and water pollution in the Fenhe River basin is of great significance for strengthening the utilization of water resources and water pollution control in the Fenhe River basin,and promoting the coordination of ecological protection and economic development in the basin.Based on the Fenhe River basin,the evaluation index system of water resources and water pollution in the Fenhe River basin was constructed.The coupling coordination model was used to analyze the coupling coordination level of water resources and water pollution in the Fenhe River basin from 2011 to 2021,and the GM(1,1)grey prediction model was used to explore the future development trend of coupling coordination.The results show that from 2011 to 2021,the coupling degree and coordination degree of water resources and water pollution system in Fenhe River basin show a trend of decreasing first and then increasing.Among them,the coupling degree and coordination degree of water environment in Yuncheng City are the highest in Fenhe River basin,while the coupling coordination increase level in Xinzhou City is the highest.By 2025,the coupling coordination level of the Fenhe River basin will show an increasing trend and develop towards intermediate coordination.
