摘要

农业面源污染治理是事关经济可持续发展、人民生活质量提高的大事,也是保护生态环境的需要.鱼台县是全国农业面源污染治理与监督指导试点县和全国农业面源污染监测评估试点区域,分析介绍了鱼台县结合自身农业发展状况,强化政府主体责任,压实属地管理责任,从种植业、畜牧养殖业、水产养殖业等方面采取面源污染治理措施,开展与农业面源污染有关的水质、水文、土壤监测,努力探索形成一套(批)可复制、可推广的农业面源污染治理技术模式,相关成果可为南四湖流域及其他区域农业面源污染治理提供经验借鉴.

Abstract

The management of agricultural non-point source pollution is a major event concerning sustainable economic development,improvement of people's quality of life,and the need to protect the ecological environment.As a national pilot county of agricultural non-point source pollution governance and supervision,a national pilot area of agricultural non-point source pollution monitoring and assessment,Yutai County combines its own agricultural development situation,strengthens the main responsibility of the government,realizes the responsibility of local management,takes non-point source pollution control measures from planting,animal husbandry,aquaculture,etc.,carries out monitoring of water quality,hydrology and soil related to agricultural non-point source pollution,and endeavors to explore the formation of a set of batch of replicable and generalizable agricultural non-point source pollution treatment technology models,providing experience for the Nansi Lake and other regions in agricultural non-point source pollution treatment.
