辽河流域铁岭段水环境突发事件应急处置对策研究

摘要
近年来,在各类突发生态环境污染事故中,涉水环境事故发生率较高、危害性大,引起各方高度重视.以辽河流域铁岭段为研究对象,探索提高水环境突发事件应急处置能力的有效对策,对切实加强辽河流域铁岭段环境风险防范、有效预防和减少污染事件发生、确保辽河水质安全具有重要意义.
Abstract
In recent years,among various sudden ecological and environmental pollution accidents,water related environmental accidents have a high incidence rate and great harm,which has attracted high attention from all parties.The article takes the Tieling section of the Liaohe River basin as the research object,exploring effective strategies to improve the emergency response capacity for water environment emergencies.It is of great significance to effectively strengthen environmental risk prevention in the Tieling section of Liaohe River basin,effectively prevent and reduce pollution incidents,and ensure the water quality safety of the Liaohe River.
