推进新型工业化背景下四川省工业结构优化调整路径研究

摘要
新型工业化是建设现代化产业体系的核心.为加快工业结构优化调整,推进新型工业化,加快建设现代化产业体系,通过数据分析法识别四川省工业结构和重点行业资源环境绩效水平存在的问题,得出工业结构优化调整有助于推进经济高质量发展和生态环境质量持续改善.为此,分别从顶层部署、环境准入、监督执法、支持政策等方面提出了四川省工业结构优化调整的建议.
Abstract
New industrialization is the core of building a modern industrial system.In order to accelerate the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure and promote the construction of a modern industrial system through new industrialization,this article uses data analysis to identify the problems in the resource and environmental performance level of industrial structure and key industries in Sichuan Province.It is concluded that industrial structure optimization and adjustment contribute to promoting high-quality economic development and continuous improvement of ecological environment quality.Therefore,suggestions for optimizing and adjusting the industrial structure of Sichuan Province have been proposed from the aspects of top-level deployment,environmental access,supervision and law enforcement,and support policies.
