Chenzhou Automotive Group has integrated the sheet metal and painting businesses of its surrounding 4S dealers to build a centralized sheet metal and painting center VOCs(volatile organic compounds)"green island"project,achieving shared management of pollutants.The VOCs exhaust gas produced by the processes of"sheet metal-painting-sanding-baking paint"is treated by the technology of"dry filtration+activated carbon adsorption+in-situ desorption+catalytic combustion".The organic mixed gas with the characteristics of"large volume,low concentration,low temperature"is treated by activated carbon adsorption purification,and the concentrated exhaust gas is treated by catalytic combustion with hot air desorption.Production practice shows that the system runs stably,and the organized emission concentration of volatile organic compounds(non-methane hydrocarbon)is 10-11 mg/m3,which meets the emission requirements of Hunan local standard"Surface Coating(Automotive Manufacturing and Maintenance)Volatile Organic Compounds and Nickel Emission Standard"(DB 43/1356-2017).
