The design depth of the tender feasibility study document of a rural sewage treatment PPP project in a city is insufficient,and the estimated unit price of investment is low;the problem of insufficient investment was not found in the bidding and project construction process of the winning unit,and the project construction did not strictly follow the basic construction procedures of government-invested projects.Although the selection of prediction index of sewage volume of sewage treatment plant station is in line with the standard,it does not consider the seasonal fluctuation of local rural population and the difficulty of take-over in rural areas.There is a large gap between the actual water intake and the design value of sewage treatment plant station,and the influent quality index is significantly different from the design value.The sewage treatment process adopts"anaerobic+constructed wetland"or AAO integrated equipment sewage treatment technology,which has large daily maintenance and high operating costs,and is not applicable to the general social conditions of the local economic development level.
