矿山采选废水处理新工艺研究及应用

某铜矿山选矿废水COD含量高、现场处理工艺落后、设备陈旧,造成处理后的出水部分指标存在超标的风险,针对原废水处理站进行工艺工程改造,采用非均相复合氧化工艺进行处理,工艺反应速度快,处理效果好,无明显沉渣产生,可满足现场生产条件.调试运行结果表明,改造后的工艺系统运行稳定,出水水质COD指标能够稳定达到GB 25467-2010《铜、镍、钴工业污染物排放标准》表2排放限值的相关要求.
Aiming at the high COD content of mineral processing wastewater,the backward field treatment technology and the obsolete equipment of the copper mine leading to some indicators of the treated effluent are at risk of exceeding the standard,the process engineering transformation of the original wastewater treatment station is carried out.The heterogeneous composite oxidation process is adopted for treatment,the process reaction speed is fast,the treatment effect is good,and no obvious sediment is produced,which can meet the on-site production conditions.The commissioning and operation results show that the reformed process system runs stably,and the effluent COD index reaches the relevant requirements of the emission limits in Table 2 of the Emission Standards for Pollutants in Copper,Nickel and Cobalt Industries(GB 25467-2010)stably.
