In recent years,the eco-environment-oriented development model(EOD model)has been widely concerned in the field of eco-environment.Nanyang,as the South-North Water Transfer Project's core water source,is also home to the channel's head.Promoting the EOD model will help transform"Green water and green mountains"into"Golden Mountains and Silver Hills",it can provide strong support for the coordinated development of eco-environmental management and industry,and promote common prosperity.However,the agricultural products are rich in resources but not competitive,the value of ecological products has a long period of realization,and the difficult task of water quality guarantee restricts the promotion of EOD model.Based on this,it is suggested that ABO(authorize-build-operate)model should be adopted to carry out the operation,and start from building characteristic business cards,building agricultural products platform service system and strengthening cooperation.
