Developing the marine economy is a strategic requirement for our country to build a strong maritime nation and to transform the economy through innovation-driven development,it is the core essence for the robust economic growth of Zhoushan.This paper takes Zhoushan's marine economy as the research object,analyzes Zhoushan's current dual-carbon status,and sorts out the advantages of Zhoushan's high-quality marine economic development.To explore ways and proposals for high-quality development of Zhoushan's marine economy in the context of carbon constraints,in order to assist in achieving the goal of carbon neutralization.
