两种方法测定垃圾堆肥铅镉铬的对比分析

针对两座生活垃圾处理设施的堆肥样品,使用原子吸收分光光度法(FAAS)和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定了金属元素铅、镉、铬.通过平行试验、标准物质验证和加标回收试验等方法,进行了测定结果的对比研究.研究结果表明:使用两种方法测定堆肥中的铅、镉、铬,无论是堆肥样品还是标准物质,所得的结果无明显差异,均具有良好的准确性和重复性,均满足标准要求.但ICP-OES相较于FAAS工作效率更高,更加节省试验时间.对于待测的堆肥样品需要测定多种金属元素的检测工作,ICP-OES法更为适用.
The contents of lead,cadmium and chromium in compost samples from two municipal solid waste treatment facilities were determined by FA AS and ICP-OES methods.The results were compared by parallel test,certified reference material test and recovery test.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two methods for the determination of Ph,Cd and Cr in compost samples and standard materials,all meet the standard requirements.Compared with FAAS,ICP-OES method is more efficient and less time-consuming.The ICP-OES method is more suitable for the determination of multiple metal elements in compost samples.
