With the promulgation of the Regulations on the Administration of Pollutant Discharge Permits,the self-monitoring of polluting discharge units has become an important link in supporting the smooth implementation of the pollutant discharge permits system,and the supervision and verification of self-monitoring has also become one of the key tasks of environmental management departments.This study analyzes the characteristics and inspection results of self-monitoring by pollutant discharge units in Yangpu District,explores the existing problems,and proposes corresponding improvement suggestions.
