Grass-roots environmental emergency preparedness is a crucial foundation for a country to establish a comprehensive,multi-level ecological environmental risk prevention system.It is of utmost importance and practical urgency to enhance the effectiveness of grass-roots environmental emergency management.Through in-depth analysis of the severe situation and risks and challenges faced by the current environmental emergency management work,the paper systematically analyzed the outstanding problems faced by the current grassroots environmental emergency legal system is not complete,the grassroots environmental emergency strength is weak,the grassroots environmental emergency preparedness is short board.It puts forward some suggestions on improving the legal standard system of environmental emergency,strengthening the grass-roots environmental emergency force,strengthening the grass-roots environmental emergency preparedness,and timely and proper handling of environmental emergencies,which can provide some reference for promoting the grass-roots environmental emergency work.
