Taking a coking concentrated brine treatment project in Inner Mongolia as an example,this paper introduces the source and characteristics of coking concentrated brine,treatment process,main design parameters,actual engineering operation,and operating costs.In this project,the coking concentrated brine adopts the process of"pretreatment for removing impurities salts+membrane concentration for purification+evaporative crystallization"to obtain by-product salts of sodium sulfate and sodium chloride through resource utilization.The purity of Na2SO4 ≥99％,the whiteness＞82％and the purity of NaCl ≥ 98％.The recycled water meets the water quality index of recycled water replenishment for indirect open cooling system.
