以内蒙古某焦化浓盐水处理项目为例,介绍了焦化浓盐水的来源、水质特点、处理工艺、主要设计参数、实际运行情况和运行成本.本项目焦化浓盐水采用预处理除杂分盐+膜浓缩提纯+蒸发结晶工艺,资源化得到硫酸钠和氯化钠副产盐,其中硫酸钠纯度≥99%,白度>82%,氯化钠纯度≥98%;回用水达到间冷开式系统循环水补充水水质指标要求.
Taking a coking concentrated brine treatment project in Inner Mongolia as an example,this paper introduces the source and characteristics of coking concentrated brine,treatment process,main design parameters,actual engineering operation,and operating costs.In this project,the coking concentrated brine adopts the process of"pretreatment for removing impurities salts+membrane concentration for purification+evaporative crystallization"to obtain by-product salts of sodium sulfate and sodium chloride through resource utilization.The purity of Na2SO4 ≥99%,the whiteness>82%and the purity of NaCl ≥ 98%.The recycled water meets the water quality index of recycled water replenishment for indirect open cooling system.
