In order to explore the development law of physical and chemical properties of sludge-based biochar prepared by microwave pyrolysis,5 pyrolysis temperatures and 3 pyrolysis times were set to explore the influence of pyrolysis conditions on physical and chemical properties of sludge-based biochar. The results showed that the percentage of C in biochar decreased after pyrolysis, the specific surface area of sludge-based biochar was up to 55.13 m2/g,the TP content of sludge-based biochar was up to 91%,and the retention rate of phosphorus was up to 91%.Heavy metals were enriched in biochar. The analysis of the form distribution of heavy metals in biochar showed that the F2 state proportion of Cr form decreased from 22%to 11%.The F2 state of Cu decreased from 11%to 3%,and the F3+F4 state of Zn increased from 57%to 83%.The increase of the proportion of heavy metals in the stable state is conducive to the solidification of heavy metals in biochar.
