原子荧光法测定城市污泥中砷含量的研究

对城乡建设行业标准CJ/T 221-2023《城镇污泥标准检验方法》中的砷及砷化合物常压消解后原子荧光法和微波消解后原子荧光法进行验证,发现该方法在称量的范围、标准曲线浓度点的设置、方法检出限的确定等方面存在值得商榷的地方.针对以上问题,选择对常压消解后原子荧光法进行改进,采用改进后的方法对标准污泥样品进行准确度测试和对昆明市第一、二水质净化厂的污泥样品进行精密度测试,实验结果表明,改进后的方法的准确度和精密度均符合标准要求.
Atomic fluorescence method after atmospheric pressure digestion and atomic fluorescence method after microwave digestion for arsenic and arsenic compounds of the urban and rural construction industry standard CJ/T221-2023 Standard Test Method for Urban Sludge were verified.It is found that there are areas for discussing in the range of sample weighing,the setting of the concentration point of the standard curve,and the determination of the detection limit of the method.In view of the above problems,the improved atomic fluorescence method after atmospheric pressure digestion was improved,and the improved method was tested for accuracy by standard sludge samples and sludge samples from Kunming No.1 and No.2 water purification plants,and the experimental results showed that the accuracy and precision of the improved method met the standard requirements.
