Visualization Analysis of PI3K/Akt/mTOR Signaling Pathway in Breast Cancer Based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer
Objective:To analyze the research status and development trend of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B/mammalian target of rapamycin(PI3K/Akt/mTOR)signaling pathway in breast cancer by bibliometric method, and to provide new ideas for the subsequent treatment of breast cancer. Methods:Literature related to PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway in breast cancer from January 1,2003 to June 30 2022 was retrieved through Web of Science, and bibliometrics was used for data mining.CiteSpace 6.1R2 and VOSviewer software were used for data analysis and visual analysis. Results:A total of 1209 articles were retrieved. In recent years, the number of articles related to PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway in breast cancer fluctuated.American authors represented by Kurzrock Razelle were the most prolific. The high-frequency keywords included breast cancer, expression and PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway, etc.A total of 15 clusters including endocrine resistance have been formed, among which tumor microenvironment, cell cycle arrest and mTOR signaling pathway have been the research trends in the past two years.Conclusions:PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway played an important role in the treatment of breast cancer, and research targeting PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway inhibitors was the focus of research for the treatment of breast cancer.
