The Level of N1,N12-Diacetylspermine in Colorectal Cancer and Early Clinical Diagnostic Significance
Objective To explore the content of N1,N12-diacetylspermine(DiAcSpm)in colorectal cancer and its clinical early diagnostic significance.Method Content of DiAcSpm in 60 cases of colorectal cancer and 22 cases of corresponding para-carcinoma colorectal mucosa tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method.Result The positive rate of DiAcSpm in colorectal cancer was 75.0%,compared to para-carcinoma colorectal tissues 22.7%.The content of DiAcSpm was correlated with proliferative marker protein(Ki-67),but not correlated with patients'age, gender, tumor differentiation and tumor node metastasis(TNM)stage. Conclusion High level of DiAcSpm in colorectal cancer was involved in malignant proliferation, and DiAcSpm could be a novel molecular marker for early diagnosis.
