Review on Influencing Factors and Simulation of Nitrogen and Phosphorus Removal in Constructed Wetlands
Nitrogen and phosphorus removal is a key and difficult problem in sewage treatment.Constructed wetland technology,as a green ecological water treatment technology, has the advantages of high purification efficiency, good treatment effect, can improve the environment, etc. In recent years,it has been widely used in nitrogen and phosphorus removal. In order to better study the nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect of constructed wetland, mathematical model and water environment model are introduced to simulate nitrogen and phosphorus removal in constructed wetland. This paper introduced the influencing factors of nitrogen and phosphorus removal in constructed wetland and the models used to simulate nitrogen and phosphorus removal in constructed wetland. It described the influences of influent composition, environmental conditions, design parameters, operating parameters and other factors on the nitrogen and phosphorus removal in constructed wetland. Moreover, this paper introduces the application of mathematical models such as attenuation equation,WASP model,EFDC model and other water environment models in the simulation of nitrogen and phosphorus removal in constructed wetland, and points out the existing problems of the main models used in the simulation of nitrogen and phosphorus removal in constructed wetland.
