Study on Modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction Extract Solubilization in Safflower Seed Oil
Taking the transparency and stability as evaluation criteria,the solubility of the surfactant Span series and Span80-Tween80 mixed surfactants in safflower seed oil was investigated.Through determination of the content of the indicator components gentiopiccrside,notopterol and isoimperatorn in the solubilized system,the solubilization capacity of Span80-Tween80 mixed surfactants on the modified Shentong Zhuyu decoction extract in safflower seed oil was studied.The results showed that the single surfactant Span80 and Span80-Tween80 mixed surfactants with a mass ratio of 9∶1,8∶2 and 7∶3 could form a stable and transparent mixed system with safflower seed oil.The solubilization capacity of the mixed surfactant on the extract increased with the increase of the relative amount of Span80.When the mass ratio of Span80-Tween80 was 9∶1,the solubilization capacity was the best,the mass fraction of gentiopiccrside,notopterol and isoimperatorn can reach 170.36 × 10-6,18.34× 10-6,12.96× 10-6.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the further in-depth development of safflower seed oil.
