Exploration of the path to create a"Fengqiao-style People's Court"
The"Fengqiao Experience"in the new era has been endowed with distinctive characteristics of the times,that is,"contradictions will not be submitted,safety will not be harmed and services will not be lacking."As the end of the judicial system,the people's court is at the forefront of judicial services to the people,so there are still many problems in the implementation of the"Fengqiao Experience".The main manifestations are that the management of litigation sources is not carried out deeply enough,non-litigation dispute resolution resources are scattered,the unified collaboration mechanism is not functioning smoothly,there is a lack of long-term institution-al mechanisms and funding guarantees,and there is a blurry zone around the boundaries of participation in grass-roots social governance.The root cause is mainly due to the fact that some people's courts have not kept pace with the times in terms of their concepts,awareness,approaches and methods of using the"Fengqiao Experience"to carry out their work.In order to better give play to the role of the people's courts in strengthening the Party's ruling foundation and stimulating judicial services to serve the people,the judicial service concept should be changed into that the priority should be given to prevention at the source and non-litigation mechanisms,to con-tinuously improve the working mechanism for diversified resolution of conflicts and disputes.
