With the advent of the big data era,telecommunications fraud cases have shown a gradual growth trend.To solve the problem of detecting and preventing telecommunications fraud cases,it is necessary to estab-lish a professional team that understands both technology and investigation,build a collaboration mechanism be-tween regional public security departments,and establish a data and information sharing mechanism between pub-lic security agencies and telecommunications,banking and other industries.In order to effectively combat telecom-munications fraud,the public security organs have actively explored and formed an integrated collaborative case handling mechanism among intelligence,command,service and public opinion departments,and have deeply ap-plied it to the investigation of telecommunications fraud cases.In order to make the integrated mechanism of"in-telligence,command,service and public opinion"better applied in the detection and prevention of telecommuni-cations fraud cases,we can build a practical model of precise control of intelligence and command,docking be-tween intelligence and service,early warning of public opinion,and integration of analysis and judgment,to im-prove the case investigation efficiency of public security organs and enhance the people's ability to prevent tele-communications fraud.
