Research on the legal mechanism for withdrawal of rural homestead use rights in China
The withdrawal of homestead use rights plays an important role in the rural homestead system,and plays an important role in coordinating urban and rural development,protecting farmers'property rights and strengthening the property attributes of homesteads.In the reform pilot work,District Y of J Province has achieved remarkable results,but it also reflects that the withdrawal mechanism of rural homestead use rights faces practical difficulties such as imperfect legislation,high financial pressure and the lack of a long-term guarantee mechanism after withdrawal.Constructing an withdrawal mechanism for rural homestead use rights is a key point in the rural homestead reform in China,and also a blockage and pain point.In this regard,we should explore feasible ways to improve the withdrawal mechanism for rural homestead use rights by improving legislation,broadening funding sources and strengthening social security.
