Research on the rational practical dimension of rule of law for"Fengqiao Experience"in the new era
In the process of promoting the rule of law in grassroots social governance by using the"Fengqiao Ex-perience"in the new era,the application of the traditional thinking of"rule of man"to the thinking and methods of rule of law needs to be combined with the profound changes from the birth of the"Fengqiao Experience"to the current new situation and new tasks,and the constraints and differences between the theoretical basis of the"Fengqiao Experience"and the current rule of law functions need to be re-examined to avoid the rule of law means and methods completely replacing the constraints of morality,habits and customs.From the aspects of na-tional norms,governance methods and behavioral norms,we should rationally and modestly understand the limita-tions of the rule of law methods and means;focus on social relations,social interests,social behavior,social con-tradictions,social justice and social harmony to study and solve current social contradictions and disputes;accu-rately locate the rule of law connection point where"Fengqiao Experience"in the new era and the thinking and methods of rule of law are effectively integrated to find out the rational boundaries and extension paths,in order to put forward reasonable suggestions for exploring and improving"Fengqiao Experience"in the new era that contains the rule of law gene.
