Review and improvement of juvenile delinquency prevention mechanism
At present,juvenile delinquency in China is characterized by rapid growth,younger age and violence.At the judicial and social levels,China has always focused on post-crime governance and post-crime prevention of juvenile delinquency,but has neglected the pre-crime prevention of juvenile delinquency.In particular,juvenile cybercrime is frequent,and traditional crime prevention mechanisms cannot effectively deal with juvenile cybercrime.In this regard,we should realize the concept change from"punishment"to"prevention"and build a big data information platform for juveniles,to realize dynamic monitoring of juveniles;systematically optimize the functions of various relevant entities and build"six major prevention mechanisms"to prevent juvenile delinquen-cy.
