Exploration of paths to improve the graded intervention mechanism for delinquent minors
The intervention mechanism for juvenile delinquency is the key to effectively responding to the situa-tion of juvenile delinquency in China.It is also an important measure to prevent juvenile delinquency and improve social governance.To establish a graded intervention mechanism for delinquent minors that conforms to China's judicial practice,we need to start from the core concepts of mechanism construction,analyze the difficulties faced under the existing system on the basis of clarifying the pursuit of basic values,start from improving the legal sys-tem and building specialized schools,and formulate a graded intervention mechanism for delinquent minors that meets China's national conditions and judicial practice needs in the new era,so as to achieve the goal of reducing the juvenile delinquency from the source.
