Research on the prosecutorial path of misdemeanor governance under the perspective of criminal integration
With the significant changes in the criminal structure of China,misdemeanor cases have increased sig-nificantly.The governance of misdemeanors is not only an inevitable requirement for scientific crime manage-ment,but also an inevitable requirement for the modernization of national governance.Within the framework of criminal integration and based on the diversified causes of misdemeanors,the procuratorial organs have innova-tively proposed a"one-stop"misdemeanor work system by constructing systematic classification rules for misde-meanor cases and strengthened the closed-loop governance model of administrative and criminal connection.It al-so promotes the governance of the source of misdemeanors through procuratorial recommendations,effectively as-sumes the dual functions of"punishment"and"governance"of misdemeanors,and releases procuratorial wisdom for the transformation of social governance in the"misdemeanor era".
