Research on the impact of transformational leadership on business organizational conflict
When the internal and external operating environment of an enterprise changes,the original stable state of the business organization will be broken,and business organizational conflicts will be intensified.Based on social exchange theory,organizational trust was used as mediating variable,the study explores the mechanism of transformational leadership on business organizational conflict and the moderating effect of team cohesion,and establishes a construct model,SPSS and AMOS are used for hierarchical regression analysis.Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on resolving the occurrence and escalation of business organizational conflict.Organizational trust plays a partially mediating role between transformational leadership and business organizational conflict.Team cohesion positively moderates the relationship between transformational leadership and business organizational conflict.
