Configuration effect of users'continuous participation behavior in digital health platform based on push-pull theory
Based on the push-pull theory, this study focuses on the configuration effects of continuous participation behavior among users on digital health platforms, using 26 typical digital health platforms as research objects.A questionnaire survey and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method are used to analyze the configuration effects of consultation value, perceived value, social network value, functional service quality, system quality, and information quality,as well as the cognitive value of information security on user continuous participation behavior.Research has shown that the single antecedent conditions of thrust and tension factors are not necessary conditions for outcome variables; The antecedents of continuous user engagement are complex and require a combined action of thrust and tension factors.Five driving paths under three configuration modes are proposed:benefit oriented, specialized consultation oriented, and internal attention oriented. The research conclusion provides reference for optimizing digital health platforms and improving user retention rates.
