摘要
针对目前部分高校就业指导工作中存在的工作效果不显著、工作方法相对单一、工作队伍建设有待加强等问题,采用归纳分析法,明确"三全育人"的内涵,分析"三全育人"视域下构建大学生就业指导工作体系的必要性,从全员专业化、全过程精细化、全方位协同化、整体可持续化等方面提出"三全育人"视域下大学生就业指导工作体系构建路径,为进一步提升大学生就业指导工作效果提供参考.
Abstract
In response to the current problems of insignificant effectiveness,relatively single working methods,and the construction of the work team needs to be strengthened,the inductive analysis method is adopted to clarify the connotation of"three comprehensive education"and analyze the necessity of constructing a system of employment guidance for college students from the perspective of"three comprehensive education".A construction path for the employment guidance system for college students is proposed from the perspective of"three comprehensive education",including professionalization of all staff,refinement of the entire process,all-round collaboration,and overall sustainability,in order to further improve the effectiveness of employment guidance for college students.
