Reform path of course teaching evaluation of higher education curriculum from the perspective of job competency
The evaluation of course teaching is one of the important means to test the teaching effectiveness of teachers and the learning situation of students.In response to the problems existing in the evaluation subjects,evaluation standards,and evaluation forms of course teaching evaluation in some universities,literature analysis and case analysis methods are adopted.Taking the computer practical training course of Yango University as an example,the job competency based evaluation model is borrowed,and a multi subject evaluation is introduced.With the goal of cultivating core competencies in the position,a process evaluation model is adopted to examine the achievement of course teaching objectives.The research conclusion provides reference for further improving the effectiveness of curriculum and course teaching evaluation in universities.
