Decision making of organic agricultural product supply chain using blockchain under government subsidy
The application of blockchain can improve consumers'trust in organic agricultural products, but it will increase supply chain costs. In this context, taking the secondary supply chain composed of a single organic agricultural enterprise and a single retailer as the research object, considering the government's subsidies for the brand promotion of organic agricultural enterprises,a three-stage sequential game model is established, and the optimal decisions under the two situations of non application of the supply chain and application of the blockchain are compared and analyzed to study how the blockchain costs are shared between retailers and organic agricultural enterprises. It is found that the use of blockchain can improve the effect of government subsidies; There are thresholds for unit blockchain use cost and blockchain fixed cost. When both costs are lower than the threshold, enterprises have motivation to apply blockchain;Cost and income sharing contract can find out the optimal sharing proportion of the fixed cost of blockchain, making the total profit of the supply chain system consistent with centralized decision-making,achieving supply chain coordination. This study can provide reference for supply chain members to make decisions.
