In response to the issues of Party building in college student communities,a method of inductive analysis is adopted to introduce the grid based Party building model into college student communities.On the basis of clarifying the goals and positioning of grid based Party building in college student communities,the problems of unscientific grid division,lack of necessary guarantee mechanisms,lack of training mechanisms,and unclear definition of work content in the implementation of grid based Party building in college student communities are analyzed.The main reasons for the problems are that universities have not done enough in top-level design,support,training,and overall planning.It is proposed that colleges should do a good job in top-level design,establish a corresponding guarantee system,establish a training mechanism to carry out grid Party building,and should do a good job in"three overall planning"and other strategies to implement grid based Party building in college student communities.It provides reference for colleges to carry out community grid based Party building.
