延安时期毛泽东同志关于加强党员干部学习论述的三维思考

摘要
针对延安时期党员干部普遍存在的本领恐慌问题,毛泽东同志围绕加强党员干部学习发表了一系列重要论述.从科学理论武装头脑、向人民群众学习、把革命理论转化为革命的运动等方面,分析了加强党员干部学习的理论之维;从改造党员干部学习的风气、创立党员干部学习的平台、改善党员干部学习的方法等方面,指出了加强党员干部学习的实践之维;从宏观、中观与微观等角度阐明了价值之维.梳理和探讨延安时期毛泽东同志关于加强党员干部学习论述,对建设新时代马克思主义学习型政党具有重要价值.
Abstract
In view of the widespread problem of"competence anxiety"among Party members and cadres during the Yan'an period,MAO Zedong made numerous important statements regarding the importance of learning for Party members and cadres.this article analyzes the theoretical dimension of strengthening the learning of Party members and cadres from the aspects of arming the mind with scientific theories,learning from the masses,and transforming revolutionary theories into revolutionary movements.It points out the practical dimension of strengthening the learning of Party members and cadres from the aspects of transforming the atmosphere of learning among Party members and cadres,creating platforms for learning among Party members and cadres,and improving the methods of learning among Party members and cadres.It also clarifies the value dimension from macro,meso,and micro perspectives.Combing and exploring Comrade MAO Zedong's exposition on strengthening the learning of Party members and cadres during the Yan'an period is of great value for building a Marxist learning-oriented party in the new era.
