Impact of responsible leadership on safety performance:an empirical study based on the new generation miners in coal mining enterprises
In order to stimulate the vitality of active safety management work and contribute to the effective improvement of safety performance,a hypothetical model of the relationship among responsible leadership,safety value fit,harmonious work passion and safety performance was constructed based on the literature research,and a questionnaire survey was conducted among 341 new generation miners of coal mining enterprises.SPSS and AMOS were used to analyze the data and verify the hypothesis model.The findings manifested that responsible leadership can not only directly predict safety performance,but also indirectly affect safety performance through safety value fit and harmonious work passion.Safety value fit and harmonious work passion act a chain intermediary part in responsible leadership and safety performance.It is also worth noting that safety value fit plays a key mediating role in the influence path between responsible leadership and safety performance.The research conclusion provides a new perspective for strengthen enterprise safety management.
