摘要
为解决突发公共卫生事件时应急物资供应商的选择问题,采用主成分分析法和AHP-TOPSIS法,对影响选择应急物资供应商的因素进行分析,构建了应急物资供应商评价指标体系和选择模型,从而解决了传统的主观确定指标权重问题,达到满足应急物资配送突发性、不可预知性和时间约束性的特点.研究结果为应急管理者在突发公共卫生事件时选择合适的应急物资供应商提供参考.
Abstract
To solve the problem of selecting emergency material suppliers in the event of public health emergencies,this study used principal component analysis and AHP-TOPSIS to analyze the factors that affect the selection of emergency material suppliers,and constructed an evaluation index system and selection model for emergency material suppliers.This approach solves the traditional problem of determining the weight of indicators subjectively,and meets the characteristics of emergency material distribution,which are sudden,unpredictable,and time-constrained.The research results provide a reference for emergency managers to select appropriate emergency material suppliers in the event of public health emergencies.
