The cross-level impact of differentiated transformational leadership on employee safety performance
To address the issue of the impact of differentiated transformational leadership on safety performance,a cross level mediation model is established using multi-layer linear analysis and hierarchical regression analysis,with psychological security as the mediating variable.Results show that transformational leadership with team consistency has a significant positive impact on employee safety performance;Individual differentiated transformational leadership have a significant negative impact on employee safety performance;Psychological safety plays a mediating role between team consistent transformational leadership,individual differentiated transformational leadership,and safety performance.Team consistency transformational leadership style is able to improve employee psychological security and enhance employee safety performance.
