Research on the relationship between benevolent leadership and employees'proactive work behavior:the role of gratitude to leader and organizational resource support
Aiming at the influence of benevolent leadership on employees'proactive work behavior,based on social exchange theory,empirical analysis of data is conducted using hierarchical regression.The results show that gratitude to leader mediates the relationship between benevolent leadership and employees'proactive work behavior.Organizational resource support positively moderates the relationship between gratitude to leader and employees'proactive work behavior.Only when organizational resource support was high,could gratitude towards leaders positively affect employees'proactive work behavior.Organizational resource support positively moderated the mediating role of gratitude towards leaders.Only when organizational resource support was high,could benevolent leadership positively affect employees'proactive behavior through gratitude towards leaders.The research conclusions provide a reference for enterprises to promote employees'proactive work behavior.
