Comprehensive evaluation of high-quality development of urban infrastructure from the perspective of resilience:take Liaoning Province as an example
Under the policy background of accelerating the implementation of high-quality infrastructure development,an evaluation system for high-quality urban infrastructure development is constructed based on the sustainable resilience theory.Taking the infrastructure of Liaoning Province as the research object, methods such as the model of composite systems coordination are used to comprehensively analyze the high-quality development level of urban infrastructure. The results show that,on the whole, the high-quality development of urban infrastructure in Liaoning Province is unbalanced and insufficient. In terms of time, the development structure and trend are not stable. The irregular internal development of the four subsystems of economic, social, ecological and engineering resilience leads to the asynchronous development among subsystems. In terms of space, the spatial correlation of the internal development level of the system is low and the degree of openness is not high. The problems of development differences, shortcomings and lags among cities and subsystems are obvious. The research conclusion provides a reference for formulating a plan to improve the high-quality development of urban infrastructure in Liaoning Province.
