Influence of challenging pressure on university counselors'sense of thriving at work
To explore the mechanism of the influence of challenging pressure on university counselors'sense of thriving at work,an empirical research method is adopted to construct a moderated chain mediation effect model.Based on social cognitive theory and stress-cognition interaction theory,an empirical study is conducted on the chain mediation effect of self-efficacy and job engagement and the moderating effect of organizational climate.The research finds that challenging pressure has a positive impact on university counselors'sense of thriving at work.Self-efficacy and job engagement play partial mediating roles respectively between challenging pressure and university counselors'sense of thriving at work,and jointly play a chain mediating role.Organizational climate positively moderates the relationship between challenging pressure and self-efficacy,job engagement and sense of thriving at work.The research conclusion is helpful to enhance university counselors'sense of thriving at work and improve work efficiency.
