增程式发电机磁热耦合分析及多目标优化

从增程式发电机的基本理论出发建立了温度场数学模型,对增程式发电机进行了磁热耦合分析和多目标优化,为电机加入冷却水道并采用机壳水冷方式,提升了增程式发电机的综合性能.优化仿真结果表明:电机效率提升了 3.68%、电机额定转矩提升了 4.38%,电机损耗方面降低了 14.19%,验证了电机优化的正确性.
Magneto-thermal Coupling Analysis and Multi-objective Optimization of Extended-range Generator
In this paper,based on the basic theory of the extended-range generator,a mathematical model of temperature field is established for the extended-range generator,and the magneto-thermal coupling analysis and multi-objective optimization are carried out.The cooling channel is added to the motor,and the cooling mode is water cooling of the casing,which improves the comprehensive performance of the extended-range generator.The optimization simulation results show that the motor efficiency is improved by 3.68%,the rated torque of the motor is improved by 4.38%,and the motor loss is significantly reduced by 14.19%,which verifies the correctness of the motor optimization.
