Investment Strategies of Social Capital Consortium Participating in PPP Projects for Green Renovation of Old Residential Communities:A Government Intervention Perspective
To delve into an in-depth examination of the behavioral strategies of social capital consortia in the green renovation of old residential communities,grounded in evolutionary game theory and adopting a perspective that considers governmental intervention,the study investigates the investment strategies of social capital consortium participating in Public-Private Partnership(PPP)projects for the green renovation of old residential communities.By analyzing the stability under different investment strategies and elucidating the reasons influencing the strategic choices and evolutionary trends of enterprises,the paper reveals critical dynamics within the project.The study shows that in the PPP project of green renovation of old residential communities,the investment strategy of one party in the social capital consortium may have an impact on the investment strategy of the other party,and the active investment behaviour of the enterprises is affected by the government's regulation and incentives.The results of the study can provide a reference for the government and enterprises to make decisions in the PPP projects of green renovation of old residential communities.
