旋风铣削大型丝杠的加工温度研究

根据旋风铣削的实际工况,建立螺纹干式旋铣切削加工的温度模型,采用非接触红外方法测量加工过程中的温度,分析温度的动态变化规律.结果表明,在给定的切削参数范围内,试验中的最高切削温度随切削速度的提高而非线性升高,随切削深度的增加而呈现升高趋势.研究工作可为旋风铣削加工的温度分析和工艺优化提供理论支撑.
Research on the Processing Temperature of Large Lead Screw for Whirlwind Milling
Based on the actual working conditions of whirlwind milling,a temperature model of screw workpiece by whirlwind milling was established.The non-contact infrared method was used to measure the temperature during the machining process,and the dynamic changes in temperature were studied.Within the given range of cutting parameters,the maximum cutting temperature in experiments increases nonlinearly with the increase of cutting speed,and shows an upward trend as increasing the cutting depth.The research work can provide theoretical support for temperature analysis and process optimization of whirlwind milling.
