Jacking Force Calculation Method Considering the Pipe-slurry-soil Contact State
The estimated value of pipe jacking force in many projects is generally calculated according to the standard empirical formula,only the friction resistance of pipe slurry in the suspension state considered and the contact state of pipe soil and pipe slurry not considered,resulting in a large difference between the estimated value and the measured value.In order to solve this problem,on the basis of studying the mechanism of drag reduction of grouting and the theory of pipe-soil contact model,the contact state of pipe-slurry-soil is judged by the method of pressure difference,and the corresponding model is obtained.Then,according to the force analysis of different contact states,the corresponding jacking force calculation formula is derived,and compared with the standard formula,the theoretical formula and the measured jacking force,the result is similar to the measured value,which proves the accuracy of the formula in this paper to predict the jacking force.Finally,according to the measured jacking force and jacking head data,the relationship between the mean friction resistance of pipe-slurry-soil jacking head was obtained,and the change law of pipe-slurry-soil contact state during the jacking process was analyzed,which provided a reliable basis for the jacking force calculation method of pipe-slurry-soil contact state.
