为解决国内英语教学环境极度匮乏、市场上出现的大部分英语教学平台没有达到理想效果的问题,设计了一种基于音频分析和自然语义分析的英语听说读写训练系统.在内容上,对语义进行分析,采用分析文本相似度较为流行的LDA(文档生成模型)来对离散数据集进行建模;在发音上,对于孤立词的识别,应用DTW(动态时间规整)算法来计算目标语音和标准语音的相似度,以此为依据来对发音进行评价.给学生提供一种用于自测的"英语综合能力学习系统",让学生能够独立、自主地完成系统、规范的英语训练.
Design of English Listening,Speaking,Reading and Writing Training System Based on Audio Analysis and Natural Semantic Analysis
In order to solve the problems of the extreme lack of English teaching environment in China and that most English teaching platforms in the market have not achieved ideal results,an English listening,speaking,reading and writing training system based on audio analysis and natural semantic analysis is designed.In terms of the contents,semantic analysis is carried out,and LDA(Document generation Model),which is popular in analyzing text similarity,is used to model the discrete data set.In terms of pronunciation,for the recognition of isolated words,DTW(Dynamic time integration)algorithm is applied to calculate the similarity between target speech and standard speech,and the pronunciation is evaluated on the basis of this.It provides students with a"comprehensive English ability learning system"for self-testing,so that students can complete systematic and standardized English training independently.
